We all love cereal right? Vegans have to keep an eye out though for what specific cereals they can and can’t eat. I put a list together of certain cereals that I have found myself to be vegan friendly. The list contains all cereals that you can typically find in any grocery store. What are they?
These are just a few of the many vegan friendly cereal options out there. Don’t forget when eating cereal, to add a non-dairy milk such as cashew, almond, coconut or soy milk!
As you probably noticed, they all aren’t healthy options. Just wanted to point that out. Even though something is vegan, it doesn’t mean it is healthy. Now, if you are looking for healthy breakfast options, try eating fruit, oatmeal or toast.
