Stay in this Valentine’s Day with that special someone (or by yourself, no judgment) and enjoy the night eating vegan chocolate fondue. I know I will be.
Vegan Chocolate Fondue
Making the vegan chocolate fondue platter is simple. All you need for the actual fondue is dark chocolate chips (make sure they are dairy free) and a can of coconut milk. If you have a fondue pot, go ahead and use that. I didn’t have one so I just used the stove top to melt my chocolate. Stir in the can of coconut milk and you have a vegan chocolate fondue!
Next comes the fun part, the fondue dippers.
I added to my fondue platter the following dippers:
- Fresh strawberries
- Glutino pretzels
- Dandies marshmallows (the vanilla ones are my favorite)
- Oreos (yes, oreos are vegan)
My fondue platter was very simple, so feel free to add more to yours, based on what you enjoy.
Other items that are great on a chocolate fondue platter include:
- dried fruit
- vegan cookies
- orange slices
- vegan angel food cake
- vegan brownies
What’s going on your vegan chocolate fondue platter?
